The latest piece in our mission to drive the industry forward: the PEMBREE VFS Stem. Entirely manufactured in the UK, this brand new stem combines precision engineering, function-led form and our trademark commitment to sustainability.

Custom-made stainless steel bolts ensure that the no-gap face plate is perfectly aligned – critical in protecting the handlebar and delivering strong, consistent clamping force.

Machined in our factory in the south of England, the VFS stem is not only strong – having achieved the TRI-TEST® GR for freeride and downhill bikes – but also lightweight, tipping the scales at a mere 148g. Finished to a high polish and available in 8 anodised colours, it’s a truly stunning piece of kit.

The VFS Stem body and face plate is made from UK-sourced aluminium that has a minimum of 75% recycled content, making this the most environmentally-friendly stem on the market.

No-Gap Face Plate

Smart design and a pair of custom bolts make the VFS the easiest stem to fit perfectly. Tighten up the top bolts fully, then torque the lower two. Consistent, reliable clamping force – every time.

The VFS has been rigorously tested throughout its development. Despite weighing in at a scale-pleasing 148g, it is certified by TRI-TEST®️ GR for freeride and downhill use. If you can ride it, so can the VFS.

Responsibly Made

Delivering on the promises in our More Manifesto, the VFS is machined from 75% recycled aluminium. Nothing goes to landfill throughout the process, and all tooling is powered by green energy. The only pieces we cannot make ourselves – the bolts – are produced just a short trip along the coast.
